Luc a.k.a. el Rata Callejera

Growing up in the streets of Amsterdam, Luc learned a lot about bikes. For those who don’t know, behind the beautiful canals with the countless number of bikes lies a dark world of trading stolen bikes. Luc got a sniff of this world—that’s where he got his nickname, ‘el Rata Callejera’. After his younger years, Luc learned to earn his money in an honest way. That's when he got into the tandem rental business, and he loves it. Bluntly said, he’s got heart for the job. Since the start of this business, Luc has been in charge of the bike stock. He buys the best bikes he can find for you to rent!

Gele a.k.a. the Crooked Rock

Legend has it that Gele was born with normal hands, but after wrestling a canal monster as a child, he emerged victorious—with hands twice the size. Destined for greatness (or at least for fixing tandems), he became our repair guy. No bike stays broken for long in his mighty grip.

Jimmy a.k.a. Surgical Impie

Jimmy, born and raised in Amsterdam, was always obsessed with bikes—though for a while, Jenever and Korenwijn nearly took over. Now three years sober, he’s all about tandems. As our main sales guy, he’ll get you the perfect ride with a deal and a smile. Thanks to Jimmy, exploring Amsterdam on two wheels and two saddles has never been easier or more fun!

Warne a.k.a. Sir Qwenq Herrington

Legend has it that Warne Bros wasn’t just born—he emerged from a barrel of herring. This unusual start to life has, of course, shaped his destiny in mysterious ways. Maybe that’s why he has an unmatched instinct for the best spots in town—whether it’s cozy pubs or the most breathtaking sightseeing gems. Not sure where to go? Just ask Warne.
